One, Introduction

Two, Work Theory

The basic working principle of butter machine is cutting, grinding and high-speed agitation. Rely on two toothed grinding surfaces relative motion, including a high-speed rotation, another still, the material passing through the tooth surface gets greatly shear and friction, while in the force of the high-frequency vibration, high-speed vortex and complex make the material effectively dispersing, emulsifying, grinding, and homogenization.

Three, Instruction Features:

JM type grinding paste machine consists of grinding parts, the base transmission parts and motor parts. All parts in contact with the materials is made of high quality stainless steel, grinding movement is a key component of the machine, tooth of grinding blades are different according to the nature of the material being processed, but the materials of grinding blades are manufactured by stainless steel.

Four, Operation Precautions

1, Connect the feed hopper or feed tube and the discharge port, or the material circulation pipe, connected to the cooling water and exhaust drain pipe.

2, Installed electricity-start device after connected to the power, should start running distinguish motor rotation, from the inlet to see the direction should be clockwise.

3, Adjust the grinding gap, the two handle unscrew (counterclockwise twist), and then turn the adjusting ring clockwise, rotation of motor fan with one hand inserted into the side port of base, immediately stop when there is a little friction during turning the adjustment ring. Then reverse the adjustment ring to make the grinding gap is a little more than the aligned figures, usually in the case of meeting the fineness requirement of processed materials, as far as possible to keep grinding gap slightly larger, so you can make use life of grinding blades longer, then tighten the handle clockwise to lock the adjustable ring for fixing grinding gap.

4, thorough disinfection and cleaning of the body interior.

5, connected to the cooling water, the operation at the start of work, the first boot, then the material is added to the hopper, which is to prevent the situation in which it does not start in the large torque state.

6, processing materials does not allow quartz, broken glass, scrap metal and other hard materials incorporated therein, otherwise the dynamic and static grinding of butter machine will be damaged.

7, pay attention to the motor load, overload if found, reduce feeding.

8, grinding butter machine is a high-precision machinery, gap grinding blades is very small, moving speed is high, the operator should be strictly in positions, according to regulations of the operation, we found fault timely shutdown, troubleshooting before use.

9, after usage of grinding paste machine, should be thoroughly clean to prevent residual material inside the machine, so as not to cause leakage of mechanical seal bond.

10, Not adding the liquid is OK if you dry grinding materials like oil seeds, but ensure that no water inside the machine, in order to avoid that the optimum temperature paste-like finished product formed by high speed shear gets thicken by, which make the feeding can not continue.
