Bucket elevator is the continuous conveying machine that elevating the materials vertically by using a series of hoppers that are fixed uniformly to endless traction item. The hoist is suitable for powder, granular and small block of non-abrasive or semi-abrasive materials such as coal, cement, sand, clay, stone, fertilizer, grans, etc., the largest block is 40mm. Because the traction mechanism of hoist is endless chain or belt, so the maximum allowable temperature of transported materials does not exceed 250 ℃. Maintenance of Grain bucket elevator:
1, Bucket elevator should empty load driving. So before each stop should be drained of all material in the hopper, and then stop.
2, Can not be reversed. Reverse chain derailment phenomenon which may occur, exclude derailment failure is troublesome.
3, Even feeding. Forbid suddenly increase in the volume of feeding. Feed amount can not exceed the hoist transport capacity. Otherwise easily lead to the occurrence of "boring car" accident serious material buildup on the bottom.
4, Add appropriate lubricating oil in time.
5, Should replace of the chain and the hopper in time when they get damaged or weared.
