After the solvent extraction process, the residual oil in cake is less than 1%, which can be used for producing animal food.
Oil refining: The oil from oil press can be eaten after being filtrated, but the oil from solvent extraction workshop cannot be eaten directly, the oil must be refined before eating. However, if the crude oil from solvent extraction will be sold, then the buyer will refine it in his own factory. In total, the crude oil from oil extraction workshop cannot be eaten before being refined.
Dewaxing: The corn oil contains some wax, it is not good for health, and also not good for oil color, so it needs dewaxing equipment to remove the wax. Dewaxing process is also called winterisation or winterization process. It cool the oil in zero degree or under zero degree by refrigeration unit, then by crustallyzer and maturing tank, the crystal becomes bigger and bigger, then the bige crystal will be removed by embrane filter, also called dewaxing filter. If you want to increase the filter speed, you can buy big filter.
Oil filling production: If you want to sell refined oil on market, you need to fill oil into bottles, and capping, print and labeling on bottles.
