One, Pretreatment/cleaning process:
1, Cleaning: In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity. Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron. Dust removing wind net is installed.
2, Breaking and hulling process: In this section, the sunflower seeds shell will be broken and separated from its kernels. Thus the rate of hull in kernels will be less than 10%. After screening, the seeds will be moved to the hulling machine, where the seeds are broken into 1/4-1/6 pieces.
3, after hulling, the kernels will be moved into separator, where the kernels will be moved in flat vibrating screen without shells, and the shells are moved into classifying screen, thus the shell is separated from the kernel, make sure the rate of kernel in shells will be less than 0.5%.
4, Flaking:Flaking means a certainty granularity of soy lamella was prepared
for flaked of about 0.3 mm, the oil of raw material can be extracted in the shortest time and maximum, and residual oil was less than 1%.
5, Cooking process: the aim is to adjust the moisture and temperature of sunflower seeds flakes, so that the flakes will be easy to be extracted oil.
6, Pressing process: after cooking, the flakes are moved in to screw oil press, where the 50% oil will be extracted. The cakes thickness is less than 17mm, residual oil is less than 14-18%. The cakes will be moved to solvent extraction workshop.
7, Filtering process: the crude oil from oil press includes many impurities, which needs to be separated by scraper conveyor and oil settling tank, then should be filtered again in leaf filter. Thus the impurities in oil will be less than 0.2%.
Two, Solvent extraction process
In order to meet client’s requirement; this design considers the current advanced technology, client’s long-term operating practice in the future. The basic principles of design are safety, reliability, energy saving, economy, low failure rate, easy to maintain, long life. The detail is listed as following:
1, Rotocel extractor: Frequency conversion can adjust the speed of cell or capacity;chain driven makes the operation stable and safety. Stainless steel fixed plates are used, the height of cell is 2.5M,while height of material is 2M,thus extractor has large surplus capacity, it is helpful to expand capacity in the future. Meanwhile, high material level improves extraction efficiency. Extractor has 18 cell, cross grids is applied to prevent the mix oil flowing backwards into the final meal-dropping cell; Cycling solvent pumps have large flux, low head, good sealed, low cost, low noise, stableness.
2, Stripper: It is a new pattern stripper thatcombines stripper with crude oil tank. Special sphere baffle is used to make oil disperse evenly, so as to make the liquid and vapor mixed evenly, which avoids short-cut of direct steam. De-solvent capacity is high, and can avoid the case of solvent residue fluctuating due to the instability of vapor; thus, volatile in crude oil is largely reduced. The equipment can help to ensure the safety of refining plant. Trays are connected with flanges, easy for maintenance.
Three, Oil refinery Plant of 300T continuous coconut oil making machine
From the function, refining tank can be divided to : hydrate tank, alkali refining tank (de-acid tank), water rinsing tank, the above three with totally same structure, the following is the introduction by refining tank as example:
Refining tank is mainly used to heat oil to a certain temp, add into certain amount lye, neutral the FFA in oil, produce soapstock, through natural settling, release soapstock, so to get rid of the oil FFA.
The main body of the refining tank is one cylindrical with one cone bottom, equipped stirring axis inside, there are 2-4 pairs blade stirring wing on the axis. There is one unique stirring wing to avoid materials shape dead area. Stirrer is driven by the drive device set on the tank lid. According to the crafts requirements, usually set quick /slow two level speed. There is indirect steam heating pipe (also use snake heating pipe)
Four, Dewaxing/winterisation
It is the special or additional process for sunflower oil, rice bran oil, tea seed oil, corn germ oil, coconut oil, etc.
The sunflower oil contains some wax, it is not good for people to eat, so we need the dewaxing equipment, also called winterisation equipment.
Five, Oil filling production line
After dewaxing process, the oil needs to be filled into oil bottles, and cap it, label and print it, and pakage to paper box and sell it to super marker or hall.
