The machine has reached the international advanced level, widely used for material crushing in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industrial.
Work Theory: Material by a hopper through screw conveyor into the crushing chamber, crushed by cutting of high speed blade, the material by using the method of negative pressure air shipment transported into the cyclone separator, impulse type dust catcher, discharge material to achieve the requirement of the product.
Manufacturing Requirement:
1, Parts contacting material of equipment are made by 304 stainless steel.
2, Outside surface of equipment is level, can not have sharply pointed and prone to delimit, hanging, knock against of edges and corners. The lining is smooth and easy to clean.
3, Equipment cutting tools is high hardness, wear resistant stainless steel round knife or alloy steel, bearing is the imported SKF bearing.
4, Feed motor and classification motor is stepless speed control.
5, Dust removal fan should prevent 5 microns - 10 microns powder leaked.
